We work with many clients within the food industry so we were excited when So Baby recently contacted us for help with the design and build of their new e-commerce website.
So Baby supplies organic baby food to over 150 stockists throughout the UK as well as selling directly to customers through their site. They got in touch as they required a fresh new e-commerce website to engage with their audience as well as being appealing to retailers.

They were in talks with a few creative agencies as they were keen to find the right agency to support their business. We recommended that a full website review and analysis of the competition was required to understand the positioning of So Baby .
As part of this review we scrutinised the user experience from both the perspective of a parent looking to purchase meals for their little one and the retailer who may be considering stocking the products.
One of the fundamental changes required for the new website was a clear route to the products. There is currently no page titled ‘Products’ or ‘Our products’. The So Baby range of products are clearly categorised into stages; Stage 1, Stage 2, Kids meals etc so we wanted to make sure that it was clear and easy for people to identify and locate the relevant product range from the home page.
Following our detailed review we presented our recommendations for the site structure together with creative visuals to display our thoughts for the website.

So Baby was delighted with both the recommendations and the new concept for the new website. They presented the website concept to a large retailer they have been in discussions with and gained very positive feedback on the direction of the website.
We are thrilled that our hard work and engaging designs for the website have paid off and we are now in the process of redesigning the entire website which is due to be launched next month!
