For over a decade Exchequer Solutions has been provided responsive and personalised business services to recruitment agencies and contractors throughout the UK.
Entyce was appointed to rebrand Exchequer Solutions following a multi-way pitch process.
Branding
The first stage of the branding process was to address the main Exchequer Solutions identity to make this more eye-catching and appealing.
We then developed three further sub brands to help identify the clear divisions of the business. We created a entirely new colour scheme and introduced new fonts to modernise the impression of Exchequer to reflect the quality service provided.
Copywriting
It’s always difficult to write copy about your own business and products / services, so we recommend that one of our talented copywriters helps to ensure that the tone is just right and that all information is included. Content is also one of the key factors in the success of a website’s search engine position, so we made sure that we included all the important keywords for Exchequer Solutions whilst producing informative and relevant copy with clear calls to action.
Brochures
Exchequer had a requirement for a corporate brochure to leave behind after a meeting with a new recruitment agency. A professional brochure with well written copy provides a very professional image and will certainly help them to stand out amongst their competitors.
Website
The Exchequer Solutions website needs to appeal to both recruitment agencies and contractors. Within the contractors there are three different types of contractor – CIS (Self-Employed), Freelance (Self- Employed) and Umbrella (Employed) so it was important that the content was clear and easy to identify. Many people visiting the website will also be new to contracting we have made it a clear process for them to be able to identify which of the three options is most suitable for them with a clear prompt to ‘Join now’ on all of the website pages.
Before making a start on the design of the new website we spent time to analyse the content and to suggest a recommended navigation. This was followed by a wireframing stage, in which we carefully plan the content and structure of each web page to consider how all the pages will link and provide a natural flow around the website for visitors.
All the pages have now been designed and we are about to make a start on the build of the website very soon, so watch this space to see the new website live very soon!
