The Directors from Entyce had a lovely surprise last Friday when they discovered they had been nominated for Social Enterprise of the Year at the annual Network She Awards. It was only when Libby and Jane arrived at the Black Tie event held at Venue Cymru in Llandudno did they discover they were a Finalist!
Alongside running their award winning digital agency, Entyce, Libby and Jane established the Entyce Design Awards (EDA) in 2008. They were created to help students studying a further education course in design increase their chances of employment. Each year EDA selects a charity that needs help with their marketing material. This then provides the basis from which to create the creative briefs for the students.
Finalists often see their work published, as well as providing the chosen charity with material they can use to maximise their marketing activity.
Judging for EDA 2013 is currently going on, with some high profile judges on the panel, including Claire Young from the BBC Apprentice and Rebecca Romero, Olympic Champion.
