Campbell & Graham is a new property lettings business based in Chester. Founded by Neil Graham, a property expert with a long and successful history of working in the property sector, Campbell & Graham has been set up with a focus on delivering high levels of customer service and communication.

Background

When Campbell & Graham approached Entyce, as a new business, they needed a complete marketing package to get their new venture up and running.

Branding and identity

From an initial logo concept to a complete range of branded stationery our design team created everything that a property business needs to trade effectively. This included eye catching To Let boards, brochures and business cards as well as designs for digital marketing elements such as online adverts and email footers.

Website design and development

The vast majority of prospective tenants start their search for a home online so a user friendly, visually appealing website was essential. Not only did it need to look modern and aspirational but it also needed to be easily found by landlords and house hunters alike.

We designed and developed a responsive, user friendly website with the functionality needed to display a wide range of properties with a carousel of images to scroll through for each property listing. It was essential that the property listings and blog section of the site could be easily updated in-house. The site was designed with a user-friendly content management system which allows for real-time updates to property listing which change frequently as well as easy access to add new blog content.

Content

In addition to designing and developing the website we provided the copy for their new website. Carefully considering the brand and the positioning of the lettings agency, as well as their target audiences, we wrote clear, concise copy for the static pages of the website as well as providing initial blog articles which the in-house team could then add to over time.
