Project Manager

Overview.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing work flow from the client through to the studio on time, and within budget allocation. Main duties include liaising with clients on a daily basis, over the phone, by email and attending regular meetings. With deadlines to meet and client expectations to manage, you will need to be highly organised and calm under pressure.

This role reports to the Client Account Manager, and requires someone with excellent organisational skills and a drive to take ownership of the position and opportunities it presents. You must be approachable and friendly to work alongside our brilliant team of developers, designers, content writers and social media managers. Interested? Responsibilities:

  • Keeping clients up to date daily with progress on projects, and retained work
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Translating client requests in to briefs for the team
  • Scheduling all agency work on Basecamp, managing workflow through the studio
  • Ensuring that that all projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Keeping track of all projects, updating the team weekly on progress
  • Keeping all client content and end outputs in an organized manner
  • Briefing and managing suppliers such as photographers, videographers, printers
  • Reviewing all work from the studio and ensuing it meets the brief before passing to the client
  • Proofing content as required
  • Reporting in to the Client Account Manager, working closely with them on client comms
  • Answering the main phone line

Required skills:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Confident and friendly approach to communications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Clear communication via email, over the phone or in person
