Kerry Watson is promoted to Head of Operations

We are delighted to announce that Kerry has been promoted within the business to Head of Operations. Kerry who recently got married and became a ‘Watson’ earlier this year, joined Entyce in 2015 as an Account Manager and since her first day she has made a huge impact on the growth of the business.

As well as her team player attitude and being highly regarded by clients, Kerry has the ability to bring organisation and structure to any project regardless of scale, complexity, timescale or budget. She has the natural talent to form great relationships with clients and work with them in an individual way that best suits their business style.

Her new role is to provide support to the team to ensure we continue to deliver a smooth efficient service which meets and exceeds the expectations and needs of our clients.

Kerry will continue to be a key contact for all clients, however on a daily basis she will be liaising with team members, including interacting with managers of different areas of the organisation, presenting findings to the directors as well as training and supervising new employees and tracking and measuring staff performance.

This move will enable our talented account managers to continue to take care of the day to day client communication, whilst allowing Kerry time to oversee the operations of the business.

The transition into the new position will start to take effect over the forthcoming weeks, allowing time for a smooth handover so clients are confident about who their main contact is for day to day enquiries and requests going forward.

As this move sees Kerry become a key decision maker within the business, she will also take on the responsibility of becoming even more involved in new business pitches and sourcing new partnership opportunities.
